arasol Doll creations are hand crafted in the Pacific Northwest by
a red-headed Blythe and crafting enthusiast. Parasol Doll has been
influenced by kittens with mittens, grim fairy-tales, socialist
reformation policies, cogs & sprockets, procrastination, an alpaca
named Nancy Drew, and a strong belief in unicorns.
have been blessed with a myriad of dolly inspirations and am
grateful for each and everyone one. Most notable are:
- Christina of JamFancy who's whimsical, inimitable style continues
to delight and for her very generous free pattern archives which
enabled my initial dolly sewing impulses.
- Marla, my original dolly co-conspirator and general partner in
crime! It would never have been as much fun with out her.
